Julie and Leah have truly been our ‘dream team’ during our recent real estate transaction and we are so grateful for their help. We returned to the USA after a few years living overseas and were unfamiliar with the local property market in Minneapolis. We were fortunate to meet Julie and Leah while viewing at an open house in the area, and were impressed by their caring, customer focused and highly efficient approach.

Julie Trones did an exceptional job selling my condominium. Her thorough market research gave me excellent information that made me confident in its value. In spite of covid and an economic downturn, I had multiple offers and received the full price I was asking. Julie also helped me negotiate a lower price than I had even considered offering for the new townhouse I subsequently bought. Julie’s strong negotiating skills were a tremendous plus. She is one of the most creative, hard working, thoughtful and persistent people I know. A+, Julie!!!

Julie has been our relator for nearly 8 years. She helped us with the purchase of our first home in Minneapolis and has recently helped us sell that home and purchase another.  We have worked with other realtors prior to moving to MN and there is no comparison.
